Acknowledgement of Country

Change Indicators acknowledges the sovereignty of the First Nations peoples on whose lands we live and work. Our consultancy operates on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri, Woi Wurrung, and Boon Wurrung peoples of the eastern Kulin Nations. We pay our deepest respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, and we honor their ongoing connection to land, water, and community. We are committed to working in solidarity with First Nations communities, recognising the importance of cultural sustainability and justice in all our work.

At Change Indicators, our work is spurred by a commitment to a community first approach in all that we do. We specialise in arts provision, consultation, and research that fosters wellbeing and empowerment for individuals and community. Our work is informed by a deep understanding of the value of creative expression, and driven by commitment to anti-racism, cultural sustainability, youth participation, and social justice.

Our team brings together over two decades of expertise in the fields of psychology, music therapy, Hip Hop, community arts, community health, social policy, and education.

We are firm believers that the Arts provide unique ways to uplift individuals and communities, providing tools for self-expression, healing, and connection. Our consultancy focuses on creating and supporting culturally responsive, inclusive, and impactful arts programs for schools, community organisations, and healthcare settings.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to using the arts as a catalyst for social change, ensuring that creative experiences are accessible to everyone, especially marginalised and underserved communities. Through our work, we aim to:
